The collection of such data is automatically carried out upon accessing our webpage.

Part of this data is collected in order to guarantee a proper, trouble-free operation of the web page. Other data is collected in order to analyse the user’s behaviour.

Analysis tools and third-party supplier tools

Data processing consent withdrawal
Many data processing procedures are possible only subject to your clear consent.  Once you provided such consent, you may withdraw same at any given time. Thus, all you have to do is send an informal notice to our company’s email address. The legitimacy of data processing up until the consent withdrawal will not be affected by the consent withdrawal in question.

Data portability rights

You have the right to transfer the data we automatically process based on your consent or as a consequence to an agreement, to you or third-parties, under a joint format which is likely to be computer-processed. Should you request a direct data transfer to another responsible entity, such thing will only take place to the extent so possible from the technical perspective.

SSL- TLS encryption

Given security reasons and in order to protect confidential content transmission, such as orders and inquiries you send us as page operator, this webpage uses the SSL and TLS encryption. 4. DATA COLLECTION ON OUR WEBPAGE

COOKIES

When you send us your data by means of the contact form, such data herein including stated contact data will be stored with us in order to process your request and for possible additional questions. We will not forward such data without your approval to such end. The processing of the data stated in the contact form will be performed exclusively subject to your consent (article 6, paragraph 1, row a in the GDPR). You may withdraw such consent at any given time. Thus, all you have to do is send an informal notice to our company’s email address. The legitimacy of the data processing up until the withdrawal of such consent is not affected by the withdrawal of such consent.

The data you insert in the contact form will remain with us until you request a removal thereof, you withdraw the consent in terms of storage or until the purpose of data storage becomes null and void (e.g. subsequently to the completion your application processing). The legal mandatory provisions – particularly the storage terms – will not be affected.

5. SOCIAL MEDIA

Facebook-Plugins (Like & Share buttons)

Our webpage integrates plugins of the Facebook social media which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA. When you visit our webpage, the plugin creates a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. Thus, Facebook will receive the information you’re your IP address visited our page. IP address anonymization

We activated the IP anonymization function on this webpage. Contract data processing

We signed an agreement with Google in terms of contract data processing and we fully enforce the strict criteria of the relevant German data protection authorities in relation to the use of Google Analytics.

Demographic data within Google Analytics

This webpage uses the “demographic data” function of Google Analytics. This function generates reports on age, gender and interests of the webpage visitors. Such data come from the Google commercials in terms of interests, as well as the visitor data from third-party operators. Such data may be assigned to a certain person. You may deactivate this function at any given time from the advertising popup settings, in your Google account, or you may generally forbid within your data collection by Google Analytics, as stated under the “Data collection opposition” chapter.

7. PLUGINS and TOOLS

YouTube

Our webpage uses YouTube plugins, which is under the Google management. The webpage operator is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, SUA.
